OVERTON -- Services for Davy Warwick, 80, of Overton, will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, September 13, 2006, at Cottle-Pearson Funeral Home Chapel of Overton, with the Rev. Bill Baker officiating. Private burial will be in Rusk County Memorial Gardens of Henderson. Mr. Warwick died September 11, 2006, at his residence. Born May 30, 1926, in Columbia, Mo., he was a renowned songwriter, carpenter, architectural designer of homes, manufacturer of ceramic molds, and member of Calvary Baptist Church. Survivors include his sons, Jim Warwick and Scott Warwick; daughters, Pat Hill, and Joan Warwick; and sisters, Lila Elizabeth Ramer and Pauline Nosler.
