Yay, it's Friday morning and it's raining. I can't drive a dirt truck in the rain so today is a free day. Made my first bannock last night. Had a texture and taste similar to Grandma's biscuits so I was very pleased. Ate some sausage and eggs with left over bannock this morning. I'm going to clean the trailer I'm renting from Aunt Donna today. Mom gets her disability check so I'm waiting for her to get the check cashed and get situated. Milliard has to go to Little Rock to check to see if he has cancer. They are doing a biopsie (sp) today. This is a three day weekend for the 4th of July. I'm going to BBQ some ribs for mom I suppose Sunday or Monday. Today is payday so I'm anxious to see what pay I get for my 55 hours last week. I'm working for Alan and Shannon (kin folk). Shannon is from the Witson family.
